Job Summary The Retail Media Strategist will assist in the development, and lead all execution, of a comprehensive retail media strategy for HP Hood LLC that spans numerous national and regional retailer partners.
The primary focus of this role is to work with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to grow a best-in-class retail media strategy and lead retail media campaigns that have a meaningful and measurable impact on the business.
Additionally, the Retail Media Strategist will assist the Marketing and Communications teams in specialty initiatives core to advancing the business.
Essential Duties Responsibilities Collaborate with Communications team leadership, Marketing and Sales to develop full funnel retail media strategies to drive results for 5
brands across numerous national and regional retailer partners.
Lead execution of all retail media programs across all brands and all retailers, inclusive of sponsored search, onsite and offsite display, streaming video ads, and campaigns comprised of other innovation tactics.
Manage all sponsored products campaigns across various retailers Project manage the full creative development process for all retail media display campaigns with internal Design team Analyze campaign performance, implement optimizations, and prepare reporting for brand team and leadership stakeholders Lead quarterly reporting for all retail media programming Proactively stay on top of retail media industry trends and best practices Lead internal education around the constantly evolving retail media space Play an active role in annual customer planning meetings and annual retail media strategy development in partnership with cross-functional leadership Education and Experience 4-year college degree (BS/BA) in marketing, communications, public relations, liberal arts or related field, preferred 2
years' relevant experience in retail media.
Proven experience successfully managing retail digital campaigns (including sponsored search) from strategy development through execution, with tangible results.
Experience with retailer self-service campaign platforms required Experience with Pavcue or similar campaign management software a plus Skills and Competencies Previous project management experience, and comfortability managing complex projects with an eye for both short- and long-term planning.
Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Marketing, Design, and Legal.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
